We’re recruiting for two key positions — and we are open to flexible part-time or job-share arrangements (2-4 days/week) for the right candidate.
 

Solicitor (2–5 PAE)

What You'll Do
• Provide clear, commercial legal advice across our practice areas
• Draft and review documentation
• Conduct detailed legal research
• Work closely with accountants, lawyers, financial advisers, and key stakeholders
• Collaborate on complex matters with the Director
• Build strong, trusted client relationships
 

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years' PAE in a similar role
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage files autonomously
• Driven, commercially minded, and ambition to grow into senior leadership or partnership
• Excellent time management and attention to detail

• Australian citizenship is required for this position
 

Paralegal (1–3 Years' Experience)

What You'll Do
• Assist solicitors with drafting, research, and document management
• Manage administrative tasks and client correspondence
• Support conveyancing matters (searches, key dates, online registrations)
• Contribute to smooth workflow in a fast-paced team
 

What We're Looking For
• Diploma or degree in Legal Studies
• 1–3 years' paralegal experience (preferred)
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Proficiency in LEAP and Microsoft Office
• Reliable, collaborative, and eager to learn
